Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish the /di clear command before I had to leave this weekend. I will be back Monday to continue the work. This update contains minor prep for the command.

This plugin now handles third-party flags if you have DI-WGFlags installed. Damage and Heal indicators will not spawn in regions where this flag is set to "Deny"

YOU CAN IGNORE THIS UPDATE UNLESS YOU ARE RUNNING A MOHIST SERVER. Fixes a rare bug with Mohist that would cause DI+ to not enable. Please note that Mohist is NOT RECCOMENDED.
