General Registration Rules and Regulations

  • Account Responsibility: You bear full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account on our platform.
  • Content Liability: We shall not be held liable for any actions taken with the content obtained from our site. Users are solely responsible for the use and consequences of such content.
  • Content and User Information Modification: We reserve the right to remove or modify any content or user information at our discretion, without providing an explanation. This action may be taken for any valid reason deemed necessary.
  • Download Limitation and Usage Policy: Members are entitled to download resources in accordance with the established daily download limits. Redistribution of these resources, including sharing, reselling, or any other form of distribution, is expressly forbidden. Violations, including attempts to circumvent or bypass these download restrictions, will lead to immediate suspension of the user's account.
  • Avatar and Profile Photo Guidelines: Avatars or profile photos of a pornographic or sexual nature are strictly prohibited. Violations of this guideline will lead to the immediate removal of such images. Repeated offenses may result in account suspension.
  • Single Account Policy: You may only operate one single account. Possession of multiple accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts without further inquiry.
  • Prohibited Usernames: Usernames that are vulgar, offensive, or otherwise obscene are strictly prohibited. Immediate account suspension will be enforced for individuals using such usernames, without exception.
  • No Promotion of Similar Forums or Communities: Posting links or engaging in discussions about other similar forums or communities is strictly prohibited on our platform. Violators will be blacklisted and appropriate action will be taken to maintain the integrity of our community.

Posting & Content Creation

  • Prioritize Search Function: Before posting any Help requests, including forum topics and FAQs, please utilize the search function to avoid duplicate questions.
  • Descriptive Topic Titles: Use descriptive topic titles when posting. Titles such as "Help," "Error," or "Not Working" are not allowed and will be promptly removed.
  • Prohibition of Racism and Sexism: Any form of racism or sexism is strictly prohibited and will be met with appropriate consequences.
  • Constructive Criticism and Feedback: If providing negative feedback or criticism, please substantiate your points. Simply stating "I hate it" is not sufficient. Back up your opinion with specific reasons and suggestions for improvement. Members appreciate constructive feedback and are more receptive to it.
  • No Flaming or Raging: Engaging in any form of flaming or raging is strictly prohibited. The severity of the offense and subsequent punishment will be determined at the discretion of the Management Team.
  • Controversial Subjects in Off-Topic Sections: Controversial subjects may be discussed in the Off-Topic sections of the forum, although it is discouraged. It is important to note that expressing differing opinions on such topics may lead to loss of respect from other community members. To maintain a peaceful environment, it is advisable to avoid these topics that often spark conflicts.
  • Post Requirement for Requests: To make any type of request, except for premium members, you must have at least 1+ approved posts.
  • Bumping Topics Guidelines: Members are allowed to bump their topic twice daily unless they are utilizing member shop perks. Topics older than 4 weeks should not be bumped, with the exception of Support topics. If a Staff member locks a topic, creating a duplicate topic is not allowed.
  • Avoiding "Thanks" or "Good" Replies: Responding to a topic with generic replies such as "thanks," "good," or similar phrases is considered spam. Such replies will be treated as spam by staff, and appropriate actions will be taken.
  • Code Posting Guidelines: When sharing a lengthy amount of code, enclose both the code and the code tags within spoiler tags. This ensures that users do not have to scroll excessively to navigate past the code when viewing a topic.
  • Prohibition of Copy/Pasting Duplicate Messages: Copying and pasting the same message in multiple topics or creating pointless spam topics with the intention of increasing post count or for any other fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited.

Monitoring User Content

  • NullForums shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor all User Content on the Platform at all times, to determine compliance with this Agreement and any guidelines established by us. Without limiting the foregoing, NullForums shall have the right, but not the obligation, to remove any User Content at our sole discretion. For example, we may remove User Content if we believe that any User Content may harm us or our business interests. We have no obligation to retain or provide you with copies of any User Content after your termination of this Agreement.

Downloads

  • You are solely responsible for any downloads of User Content through the Platform. We cannot assume any liability for any downloads or any issues with any files or software contained within any download. Where any downloads violate our User Content guidelines please notify us immediately.

Platform Availability

  • Although we try to provide continuous availability to you, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, work, or be accessible at any particular time. Additionally, NullForums is under no obligation to provide the services to any users and may suspend a user’s access to the Platform at any time and at our discretion. Only users who are eligible to use our Platform may do so and we may refuse service or terminate your access at any time. We cannot guarantee that anything found on our Platform will work to the functionality desired by you or give you any desired results.

Content Moderation

  • No Back-Seat Moderation: Back-seat moderation is prohibited. Instead, please report any inappropriate posts and allow our capable Staff team to handle them. That is why they are here.
  • Support Questions via PM: Staff members will not answer support questions through private messages (PMs). Instead, they will request you to create a topic. The exception to this rule applies to services such as software installation or creating custom styles.
  • Prohibition of Malicious Content: Malicious content, including ForceOPs, griefing-related plugins, and other files, is strictly prohibited in our downloads library. Any such content will be promptly removed.
  • Usage Restrictions for Status Updates: Status updates should not be used for requesting support, complaining about other users or Staff, or advertising your own site, services, or personal needs.
  • Prohibition of Resource Update Requests: Asking for resource updates outside of the designated forum location is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in limitations imposed on your account based on your actions.

Signatures

  • Website Advertising in Signatures: You are allowed to advertise your website in your signature, as long as it is not similar in nature to NullForums and does not contain pornography or lewd materials. If you become inactive on NullForums, your signature may be removed. Advertising for Staff positions in your signature is not permitted. If you are banned from NullForums, your signature will be removed. Signatures that do not align with our community guidelines may also be removed, and appropriate action may be taken.
  • Usage of Pictures in Signatures: Pictures are permitted in signatures, but please ensure they are not excessively large or cause forum lag. Images must comply with our community guidelines. Avoid using excessive multi-colored text, flash graphics, or obnoxious graphics in your signatures, as they can be annoying and distracting. Similarly, refrain from using excessive special characters and emoticons. Avoid increasing the text size to make your forum signature "stand out." The standard text size is sufficient. Let's aim for somewhat uniform text in signatures to maintain a tidy and less distracting forum appearance. We recommend keeping image sizes at 200px or smaller.

Content Ownership and Usage

  • The providers ("we", "us", "our") of the service provided by this web site ("Service") are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts. Content submitted express the views of their author only.
  • All purchases made on www.nullforums.net are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after accessing, downloading, or opening content on our website.
  • This Service is only available to users who are at least 13 years old. If you are younger than this, please do not register for this Service. If you register for this Service, you represent that you are this age or older.
  • All content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available to the Service ("Content") may be reviewed by staff members. Indemnity

  • This defense and indemnification obligation will survive this Agreement and your use of NullForums Platform. You also agree that you have a duty to defend us against such claims and we may require you to pay for an attorney(s) of our choice in such cases. You agree that this indemnity extends to requiring you to pay for our reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, and disbursements. In the event of a claim such as one described in this paragraph, we may elect to settle with the party/parties making the claim and you shall be liable for the damages as though we had proceeded with a trial.

Limitation of Liability
