Signature Moderation - This resource will set member's signature under review before it shows in topics

This resource will set member's signature under review before it shows in topics.

Settings:

• Display a message on the board top to the member who has a pending signature
• Display a counter of pending signatures beside the notifications icon to inform moderators how many signatures are awaiting review
• Records per page on ModeratorCP -> Signature Moderation
• Groups to apply the signature restriction
