I recently sent the crypto to the address provided, but the premium account purchase didn't go through automatically. I wanted to know what's going on; sorry if there's a way to open a ticket, I didn't see it on Discord.

The only reason your premium payment wouldn't have gone through is for
a) incorrect cryptocurrency or network used to complete the purchase
b) you sent too little or the incorrect amount.

You sent the incorrect currency during your transaction. Next time, be more careful on what currency you select and how you decide to pay it.
