i think the problem is solved by installing essentialsx and vault plugin. im not sure because maybe it looks like fixed with the reason of im logged in alone im not sure. tomorrow i can be sure that the problem is fixed or not.

so after testing alot im sure it is not fixed even after installing the vault plugin with essentialsx. the gui is broken again.

create a land claim littlebit places with auto after just play your game with lands little bit and do /lands after u see gui is broken. it takes 5-10 minutes to figure it out.

I'm having absolutely no problems on my end. Claimed 4 chunks and have had no problems with the GUI or any system operations within Lands on my development environment.
I'd recommend checking into the Wiki and tutorials to make sure you're configuring or using the correct versions for your server.

Upon trying to unclaim land, it seems the plugin is having an issue connecting to the HikariDataSource.
I'm not sure if this is something from our asset, I'll do a bit of debugging and get back with a resolution.

HikariDataSource error is giving on every version problems. i think that one is problematic. this was what i was also talking about and it cannot connect to database after some times.

I believe I've found and resolved the issue. The Lands developer obfuscates the code, this patch should fix this issue.
I'll send you this via PM for testing before I release the update.
