FateKid updated [HQ] Custom NCP Configuration & Fork with a new update entry:

8.3.1!

NCP jar:

• Fixed leaving water for legacy versions (<1.13)
• Fixed continuously punching a player triggering survivalfly.

NCP Config

• Updated a handful of values.

Kyra-NCP Config

• Updated several values
• More aggressive banning (People probably weren't trying to cheat for 30s straight so this was reduced by ~40% for most checks)
• Added missing sections (These auto-generated anyway)
