Classic Blue Reloaded - This is a kind of "remake" of the Classic Blue theme

This is a kind of "remake" of the Classic Blue theme by Pete T, which means it wasn't just an update of the old theme, but a completely new one. I built on the current Invision Community Framework, adopted colors, and spruced up one or two things a bit.
