MC Plugin UnlimitedNameTags 1.6.9

Customize player nametags with a multi line system and rgb usernames.

• Added support for Paper 1.21.6
• ConfigLib is now shaded
• The plugin won't crash if it can't load the resourcepack
• Fixed cache problem

This will be the last version to support java 17, for the next one java 21 will be required.
