The plugin will now work on PaperMC 1.21.11

Relevant parts of Minecraft's code that this plugin interacts with were changed a lot in this update. Report any bugs you encounter, specifically biome-related.

Minecraft version 1.21.9 is now supported. As usual, use the developer build of ProtocolLib, which can be found here: https://github.com/dmulloy2/ProtocolLib/releases/download/dev-build/ProtocolLib.jar

This version of RealisticSeasons has some issues running on the current 1.21.9 PaperMC developer build, we will wait until the full version releases to see if it requires adjusting on our end.
