Updated to 1.20.3/1.20.4 format and added all blocks (except crafter and trial spawner), do not use with older versions of the pack.

Reverted wool/carpet/terracotta/concrete/concrete_powder back to using individual texturesets for each color, hence removing the dependency on custom tint mods, but also bloats up the pack significantly.
