This will change the default navigation menu view of the default IPS theme

This will change the default navigation menu view of the default IPS theme (And all themes based on default theme design) to:

• Vertical Fixed Main Menu and Horizontal Fixed Sub Menu...
• Community users have the option to change the position of the menu (To right/left) during their active session.
• The plugin won't add any tables or columns to the core tables to ensure the best performance.
