- Fixed softdepends for other eco plugins being missing, leading to warnings on startup
- Added shoot effect, like shoot_arrow, but you specify the projectile to be anything
- Added run-type to chains to cycle through effects rather than run them all together
- Added helix, double_helix, twirl, and circle particle animations
- Tweaked particle animation options for more flexibility
- Added piece-specific effects/conditions/advanced effects that don't require the whole set to be active!
