Animated Nicknames is a plugin which adds style to your in-game name by adding nice animations both in the player list (tab) and above your head! Just look at this one:

Features

Permissions
This section will give you the name of each permissions and their purpose.

animatednicknames.open-menu
Allows users to open the menu through /animatednicknames menu.

animatednicknames.pick-animation
Allows users to pick an animation in the menu.

animatednicknames.pick-colour
Allows users to pick a colour in the menu.

animatednicknames.pick-decoration
Allows users to pick a text decoration in the menu.

animatednicknames.custom-colour
Allows users to pick a custom hex colour.

animatednicknames.animation
Allows users to have an animation.

animatednicknames.give-item
Allows users to give the animation item.

animatednicknames.reload-config
Allows users to reload the configuration.

animatednicknames.global-disable
Allows users to disable the plugin in case it starts lagging the server (it shouldn't).

Installation
No Tab Plugin
1. Download the Jar.
2. Put it inside the plugins folder in your server's directory.
3. Start (or restart) the server.
4. Verify that Animated Nicknames is enabled and functional
5. Read the How-To section below
Using TAB (Modrinth)
1. Download the Jar and TAB.
2. Put them inside the plugins folder in your server's directory.
3. Start (or restart) the server.
4. Verify that both plugins are enabled and functional.
5. Make sure both tablist-name-formatting and unlimited-nametag-mode are enabled in TAB's config.
6. Read the How-To section below.
Using Velocitab (Modrinth) (Velocity)
1. Download the Jar, Velocitab, PlaceholderAPI and PAPIProxyBridge
2. Put Animated Nicknames inside the plugins folder in your servers's directory (not the proxy) along with PlaceholderAPI and PAPIProxyBridge.
3. Copy PAPIProxyBridge and paste it into your proxy's plugins folder.
4. Make sure you are using the latest version of Velocity.
5. Start (or restart) your servers and proxy.
6. Enable using-proxy-tab in Animated Nicknames' config.
7. Change the papi_cache_time in Velocitab's config to 150.
8. Start (or restart) your servers and proxy again.

How-To
This section will teach you how to use Animated Nicknames.

1. Select an animation, colour and text decoration in the menu.
2. Preview your animation to see if it fits your taste.
3. Enable your animation.
4. Enjoy the animation!
