XF 2.3 Upgrade Failing

If you attempt to upgrade to XF2.3, and the server is running cPanel with Imunify360, you might find that it just times out or throws a 503 error during the upgrade process, and it never completes. The files aren’t overwritten, as the upgrade file isn’t fetched from XenForo.

I’ve tracked this down and below in the fix that’s needed:
