Basically, ran 2.2 and hosted all my user generated content and own style files on Amazon S3. I think.
Upgraded to 2.3 and have a blank website now. It loads white background black text no borders or anything. As if the CSS style isn't being applied.
Created a whole brand new style, then a chile style I edit, then a child style the user can set and use and see. As per best practices I think.
And it worked for a split second then the next page change it went back white.
