 | i was busy with school + went through a super long depressive period where i lost interest in all my hobbies. today i opened minecraft for the first time in months and was unable to log in with my microsoft email. the usual account recovery options didn't help because i have no idea what email it's under now. my guess is that someone got into my account and changed the email :/ so i sent an account recovery form to microsoft, and am hoping that i get a positive response, but since it's been months i don't feel very optimistic. i'm just really bummed. a small consolation is that i always shared my builds with friends and even sold a few of them, so at least i have some documentation of my years of fun if i can't get my account back :') does anyone have experience with this situation? did you successfully get your account back? is there anything i should do besides waiting on a response to the microsoft account recovery form? lesson learned to back up my worlds frequently if i ever start playing again  edit: i just looked up my username on labynet and it got changed (not by me) to nekitpro228 yo WTF submitted by /u/geogrlz [link] [comments] |
