Will Notch's Account be Deleted?

So I just thought of something, I went to namemc.com to look at some peoples profiles (not in a weird way) and I searched up Notch, I noticed that he doesn't have the migrator cape, that means he never migrated his account. Does this mean his account will be deleted and his name will eventually be free, or is his account getting exempted from the deletion due to history and because he created the game?
