why i feel scared when playing singleplayer mode? and if you know why how do i deal with it?

im not a 7yo anymore. i dont believe with herobrine and some other creepy pasta but why do i feel scared when playing singleplayer not just in the cave but everywhere when im in village, nether, collecting material, everywhere. like i feel someone is watching me and if you know why how do i deal with it? (sorry for the bad english)
