What's the worst way to get banned?

I was banned from a server once before. It was a server that allowed you to play bedwars and factions. I'd been playing on the server for a month and tried playing bedwars. I lost over 100 times and never won once, eventually getting banned for being bad at bedwars. I'm so bad that I can't even be on the server. Ever since, I've never played bedwars again for the fear I'd be banned for the same reason.
