MiniMessage, Bedrock Forms, API Event

- Added HopperItemMoveEvent, a cancellable event called when a hopper transfers an item to a link or pulls an item from a container it's requesting items from. Enable it via integration.call-item-move-event in config.yml
- Added: Bedrock forms support for all menus (except filter menu there java items are required to be displayed; intentional)
- Added: MiniMessage support: Please note that existing locale file translations wont work since MiniMessage is not compatible with the old formatting
