Unable to upload via external links

Im trying to upload JeraCrafts builds but it wont let me use external links

How so? When you are uploading, there is a Type category and you can select "For a files above 350mb".

I selected files above 350mb and pasted in the mediafire link and it says its valid. When I click save it says "Specified external download/purchase URL is not allowed"
