I won't say they are great. But I see a lot of people act like nothing is added or that the updates are lazy.
I don't think they are lazy.
If you think about it, nowadays Mojang is adding stuff that 10 years ago would've sounded like nonsense.
Like in the last updates we got new biomes, new tools, new blocks, new features related to the old items, the Ancient cities, the new Mines, new decorative blocks, a ton of new mobs and overall reenhasments.
You could argue that these updates can be more exciting and creative, but I sometimes wonder if it's possible to please this fanbase
You could also argue that we had better updates in the past. So? Just because the brand new Minecraft update doesn't break the entire game or add new dimensions or bosses or has super intricate changes, that doesn't mean that the update is bad. I actually like that we get smaller, more creative updates instead of adding a brand new boss and a brand new armor type every update.
