Welcome to The Grove!
Heya!
The Grove is a Java MC server focused on a very small world. Initial border size is still being debated as well as map seed. However, 50 is most likely going to be the initial border size. We are a purely vanilla server (for the most part) with the Nether and End disabled. In the future, we do plan on opening those dimensions, but for now its baby steps.
What makes us different is the proposed timeline of civilization. When 90% or more of the resources have been drained in the given area OR if there is no more room to grow, there is a few events that could trigger:
1. Border expansion
2. A Gift from the Gods
3. A player will be temporarily appointed to cause some chaos

This server is a fit for you if you’d like to be forced to build next to your neighbor and or competitor and actually have a feeling of a community of players.
