A Bedrock compatible vanilla MC server with Terra World gen, togglable PVP, Bluemap. With 32gb of DDR5 (even more unallocated) and a 5.6ghz cpu with 32 threads TPS should not be a issue what's so ever. And yes the server is multi threaded. As for rules, just keep it vanilla. No hacks to give your self advantages over other players.
