I am interested in a plugin, which allows "super privileges" for system administrators.
I will explain my intention: every moderator with us has the option to lock a thread or release locked threads. I want to have such a setting, that if an administrator locks a thread, a moderator subordinate to him cannot release it, although he can do it with respect to threads locked by him or other moderators.
Does such a thing exist, or can it be developed?
