Show to both but apply only for specific user groups

Hey I want to make some template changes for visual design. And I have premium and normal member groups. I want to show some background on postbit for only premium users messages. The normal users should see the background but the background will not appear on their posts. How can I do that?

I searched for if else conditions but couldn't find anything for my situation.
