server cant load my plugins

kcin1235 As fatekid said, you should read your console, it clearly says that the "Toro-EnderDragon" plugin cannot be loaded because the "plugin.yml" file is not valid. So, there's nothing that we can do to fix your issue.

I got plugin.yml in my server files but i don't have it in plugins
I can send u plugin.yml from server files cuz maybe plugins are damaged and server didn't find plugin.yml in plugins

As i can see, thats not a Minecraft server plugin, it is a ModelEngine assets? I didn't use ModelEngine but definitively does not looks like a server plugin.

Change the extension of those files from .jar to .zip
Then open it. You should be able to view the model contents etc needed.

Both of those files did not come from our website. We have them as .ZIP files.
the JAR extension is incorrect, and it should not be loaded as one. It should be extracted/viewed as a .ZIP using an unarchiver such as WinRAR.
