Hello, opened two tickets to get a refund (didnt install XF yet or anything - just purchased) i got a super quick answer at first saying that ‘they passed it on for a refund’, got the license disabled and then they stopped answering when I asked for refund delay and if they were actually refunding me or just transferring the ticket?
