Thanks! You have not given me or my group permission to compose messages (If it works like IPS) so I had to decode the URL content to get the title, messages and recipients of what would have been the message.

EDIT:
I think I found the reason, you have to be level 2+ to access messaging. I am level 2 now and I have access.
