I checked the manual for an answer first, but it doesn't cover my question.
Does the value entered for 'Time limit on editing/deleting own posts' effect the permission to 'Edit own thread'? Meaning, if I set the time limit for editing/deleting posts to... say... 5 minutes... does the user then have 5 minutes to edit their thread as well?
