Problem path to import xenforo to xenforo

I need to import another xf 2.2 forum to 2.2 but I don't understand what it means
Data directory : ../xfbb/data
Internal data directory : ../xfbb/internal_data

but then I get the following error

The directory ../xfbb/data does not contain the expected contents.
