Premium wasn't activated after successful and correct payment

I paid for the premium subscription, saw the confirmation, but it hasn’t been activated. I’ve noticed that several other people are currently experiencing this issue, so I believe the problem is on your end. I sent the payment to the correct address, and it was received. Therefore, please check this and activate the premium subscription on my account.
