I didn’t pay in ETH I paid in BTC.


The amount I sent was 0.00015763 BTC, and about 0.00018536 BTC total including fees.

I’m confused about what you mean by “expired.” I scanned the code and sent the payment, and it showed as pending on the blockchain at the time.

I no longer have the funds since they were already sent. I also provided screenshots on Discord as proof but ill send here too.

It’s now been 4 days since I made the payment
I think the transaction expiration timer may need to be extended. Blockchain transactions can take time to process...even when using priority fees like I did, it still wasn’t instant
Unless I did something wrong but Its pretty straight forward all i did was scan the code with amount and click send payment

you should have more information than that. No BTC payment of that ID has come through NOWPayments. I also reapplied all pending IPNs so it would have upgraded you if you sent the correct coin/network.

This transaction is confirmed on the Bitcoin network with 400+ confirmations.

I understand the invoice may have expired, but the funds were still sent and received on-chain. Because of that, this would be an unmatched payment rather than a failed or missing one.
From what I understand, NOWPayments still shows incoming payments in the dashboard even if the invoice expires, so it should be possible to locate this by the address or received amount.
Could you please check and confirm whether it can be manually matched?
If it can’t be matched automatically, I’d like to request either a manual credit or a refund of the received BTC...

Update: I’ve contacted NOWPayments directly and they confirmed the payment can be manually completed. It is currently being processed and should be finalized within a few hours.
