Petition to add a rule that bans "how rare is this?" posts

99% of the time things posted asking how rare something is, are for something that is either fairly common or really common. And even if it was rare, these posts provide very little value for this community.

Technically I'd say they already fall under rule 9 but we still keep seeing so many of them every single day.
