Greetings,
Our names are Connor (M24), Nuno (M25), and Richard (M39) (IGNs: conman8432, Nunoh, and TheBeetle001, respectively). We run Pangeacraft, a vanilla (paper) server that is perfect for casual and serious players of all play styles. The world is brand new, having started season 3 on July 27th, 2023. We are looking to bring some fresh faces to our tight-knit community.
Pangeacraft is a mature community centred around interaction with other players. The server spawn will be home to a shopping district, and we would love to make some community builds with the help of new players. We also do events on the server like a biweekly secret stat event where the person with the highest score in a certain stat at the end of the event wins a prize!
With a few exceptions (such as spawn), you will be free to build however you want, wherever you want. We are excited to welcome players that have many different styles of playing and building. For example, Connor and Richard’s play style is very focused on redstone engineering and game mechanics, and Nuno likes to dig holes and grind mundane tasks.
The server is on Hard difficulty and will always run on the latest stable version of paper. There is currently a 15,000-block radius world border in place to ensure that there are unloaded chunks for any new generation that may come in future updates.
The server also includes some plugins such as Dynmap and No Chat Reports, and datapacks from vanillatweaks.net such as: Double shulker shells, multiplayer sleep, armour statue tweaks, and more. There are no server-side mods, and most client-side mods are just fine! But anyone found using unapproved mods such as an X-ray mod or texture pack will be removed from the server. Recording or streaming is welcome, but not in the least bit required.
Server Rules/Guidelines:
• Discord is mandatory. It is the primary form of communication.
• Players must be at least 16 years old.
• If you become inactive for more than four months, you will be removed from the whitelist until you send me a message indicating your desire to continue playing. This is solely for tracking purposes. If you are accepted, you will always be welcome on the server!
• Pranking is allowed, provided it is not destructive or impossible to remove. You must leave a sign with your name after playing a prank on someone.
• No griefing. This includes but is not limited to: Theft, destruction of property, and excessive pranking.
• No personal builds within ~250 blocks of spawn both above and below ground. Resource gathering here is fine.
• Thank you for reading the rules! Secret Question: Please include your favourite television series in your application. Also, adding pictures of your past builds couldn’t hurt your application.
• A moderate amount of experience playing Minecraft is required, although it does not need to be recent experience.
• PVP is allowed, provided both parties consent.
• Profanity is fine.
• If you have an issue with another player, please bring it to one of us.
