Project: MysticLands Network — A bold, immersive Minecraft server with Lifesteal, Survival, and Events
Role: Full-Time Developer (Long-term Partner)
Compensation: Profit-sharing (Percentage of server revenue) and/or could be paid hourly in the future
Tech Focus: Velocity Plugins + Large-scale custom plugins + Smaller custom plugins
Language: Java (No Kotlin, Script or anything like that)

MysticLands is seeking a dedicated and experienced Minecraft developer to join the team as our long-term development partner. This isn’t just a contract job — we’re offering a chance to become a core part of a growing server project with a share in its success.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience creating Velocity plugins & other plugins not Velocity network related
Confidence building and managing large, complex custom plugins
Ability to collaborate full-time and contribute creatively to the project
Passion for Minecraft and interest in a long-term commitment
What You Get:
A percentage cut of all server profits (negotiable based on role and contribution)
Influence in the direction of development and gameplay
A chance to be part of something big from the ground up
