New update broke my game

For context I’m playing bedrock on pc. The new update unlocked my mouse from the monitor I play on in full screen , so I literally cannot play the game without it pausing every time I look a little to the left. If I don’t play in full screen, it clicks the task bar at the bottom and top and does the same thing. Any help would be great.
