Mention drop list in RTL (major issue for RTL forums)

In XF 2.3.2 the mention drop list is showing outside the layout, further more, an empty area will be appeared below the footer:

  • It tried with the default theme and disabled all the addons.
  • Same issue in Safari and Chrome
