MCCosmetics help

When I type /cosmetics and click accessories and try out one of the paladin wings in mccosmetics, it says in chat it set my model engine accessory to "paladin wings" but it doesn't show up if that makes sense, yes I've tried mccosmetics in a whole brand new server and yes I've tried using other accessories other than paladin wings, resourcepack is working completely fine, and all the other mccosmetics addons like backpack, hats etc seem to be working, not sure if I'm dumb any help would be appreciated.

Hmm. Does anything show up? Sometimes it's related to how your zipping up your texturepack, depending on your situation.
What kind of errors show in the console?
