Who are we?
Lord of the Craft isn't just a server, but a whole new experience! Have you ever wanted to slay a dragon? Become a mage or leader of a nation? Good news, we've got you covered. It's no exaggeration to say that Lord of the Craft has some of the deepest lore and worldbuilding across any online roleplaying space around, having been built on for 14 years! The world is so fluid and ever-changing, in fact, that even you can join today and get to work on building your own community, items or even powers! Below you can find an interactive map recently implemented by our tech team, which is filled to the brim with secrets and bustling cities. Interactive map!
What is roleplay?
Roleplaying allows us to write our stories together. It encourages creativity and allows for relationships to form both in game and out. Your character is your own, but their legend will be one for all. By building your own story and weaving them with others, the sever works together to create the most detailed and intricate tapestry of tales in Minecraft! If you're interested in how roleplay works on the server, check out this video here! We at Lord of the Craft want to present you with an opportunity to build friendships and rivalries in game, whilst also fostering a positive and accepting community outside of it. We do this by helping new players get settled into their story, guiding them whenever they need help and ensuring they find their people. And so, if you feel as though the idea of getting settled into a grand world that's bustling with life already is daunting, don't! We'll be there whenever you need us.
How do I sign up?
I'm glad you asked! Lord of the Craft works with a whitelist system. This means that in order to join, you need to start by creating your character and telling us about them! Don't worry though, we've got some guides to get you started, like a list of playable races and backgrounds. That being said, it's still your tale to tell! When you submit a character and their description, our helpful staff team will let you know if there's anything you'll need to change to fit the current lore requirements, as sometimes some things may slip through. This is a collaborative effort to get you started as soon as possible, so it may take a day or two to pass through this system. Once you do, the world is your oyster!
