Looking to switch from VB 4.25 to Xenforo

I'm in the early process of planning a move from VB 4.25 and XenForo is at the top of my list as a replacement. I've read through a ton of posts here on the migration process to see what I'm getting myself into and feel pretty confident I can handle it (I'm a business guy, not an IT/tech guy). My main questions though has to deal with the CMS side of things in VB and how that content is imported.

1. When migrating, how is the CMS content (articles) handled in XenForo?
