Looking for an Addon to Require Reactions/Comments Before Attachment Downloads

Hello,
I’m currently looking for an addon for XenForo 2.3.6 that would allow me to restrict users from downloading or viewing attachments until they leave a reaction or a comment on the post. I’ve got the Resource Manager installed, but it doesn’t seem to have this feature built-in. Does anyone know of an existing addon that could help me achieve this? I’d really appreciate any suggestions or pointers on where to look. Thanks a lot in advance for your help!

Hey! Thanks for the quick answer. I tested your addon, but it’s not quite what I had in mind. I don’t really want to use the Resource Manager after all, because I’d like this rule to apply to regular threads on Nodes too - where a forum user would need to like or reply to view or download an attachment.

Okay just so I'm clear - you want to hide access to viewing/handling attachments on forum discussion posts unless the viewer has either reacted to, and/or replied to the parent discussion thread? Is that correct?

Yes, exactly! For example, let's say that i uploaded a node with attachment And I want to m make it invisible for user until he like or replay.
