Location Explain - Adds an explanation to the Location field on the registration form

Adds an explanation to the Location field on the registration form (if it is shown) and on the account details form.

If you prefer users to enter their location in a specific format, this will allow you to describe your requirements.

Note that v1.0.1 is the minimum version required for XF 2.2.8 or later
