God it feels bad, all this progress lost in the blink of an eye because I accidently moved backwards from my stack tall white concrete powder and landed on the ground instead of the water.
But hey, that's just the nature of the beast. At least I'm learning the hard way to be more careful, but got to admit I spent a few days trying to find a way to revive instead of accepting the loss. Hardcore is brutal, especially if you die from a bug which I often read about. Well, now I'm ready to start on a fresh.
I was so lucky I survived in the nether when I went there, next time I'll use an enchanted diamond armor instead of being greedy. The same armor might have saved me from the fall....
