I’ve been building stardew in minecraft and I just simply cannot get this right, any ideas ??

I cannot figure out how to make the river look good, I wanted to use light blue concrete but obviously it gets wet, and since I am on bedrock, I can’t get connected glass, I tried sand but the river needs to have at least some blue to it and I tried light blue wool but hates the texture, idk how to make it look good .
