Often Issues such as bug reports and suggestions will be made in the comments thread for a resource.
Issues could be added manually, or via a link on a message in the forum system
Issues could be assigned a category (bug, suggestion etc) or to a person on the resource team
A status could be assigned - complete, fixed, implemented, won't fix etc
(Basically a mini GitHub Issues but for XFRM)
