| Had this idea a few weeks back and doodled these blocks while winding down - finally got around to actually writing out the text today! The idea is that sulfur springs (as well as droplets excreted through sulfur spikes under them) would dissolve non-acidic or non-inert blocks around or below them, and could be collected using bottles or cauldrons - making them way more interesting as a new fluid type with potential uses for automation and mining. It would allow acid to actually affect and dissolve reactive elements in the world - while making an alternative to TNT farming and mining (in the form of splash potions which partially dissolve blocks) (also the idea of being able to break full blocks (not just pottery) with arrows just seems fun!) submitted by /u/dontouchamyspaghet [link] [comments] |
