I am not sure, probably there is some addon for it, or you need to make custom theme modifications.

These are rank bars. It's a default xenforo feature.

I'm Admin, create new usergroup "certified" and add on secondary group of my admin profile "certified", but not appear on postbit why?



Not show any, post, progress bar etc




I can force on registration to use only 1 specific provider? Example allow only mail @gmail.com can register on site, all others email ( @hotmail, @outlook SpaM etc) cannot register

In order to have multiple user group banners, you need to enable the Allow banner stacking option.

That should be enabled by default AFAIK, unless he changed it.

Haven't worked with banners in a bit - figured it's off by default.
