how to do get HTML FROM Templater.php

i was add a function in XF/template/templater.php rednertest()
now ,i want to use it with

{{$xf.app.templates. rednertest()}}

but this code can not to display with HTML


anyone can tell me how to use it in template.xml with HTML format.
