How to create points feature and convert it into Money

What's up! i'm just newbie on Xenforo. I'm building a game community. I wonder can we add points feature for users and convert it into Money.
For example, that's all I want on my community site:

The more members contribute (have some posts or comment) --> the more points they gain --> When they reach enough points, they can convert that into money on Paypal
